文字は紙面上では完成しました
ただ、僕の言語ではラテン転写をするとts
cj, tczなど、1音の子音を2,3文字で表すことがしばしばあるので、FontStructで作ろうとしても上手くいかない...(まだFontStructには疎い)
解決策はありませんか？

結局ダイアクリティカルマークで書き直してフォント作っちゃいました。

自分もFontStructをあまり使ったことがなく操作とかは正直分からないのですが、転写自体を一つの文字につき全てラテン文字1字の対応に変えてみるのはどうでしょうか？
僕自身はカラク語の文字フォントはまだ制作していないのですが、将来の制作を見越して楽にできるようにどの文字もラテン文字転写では1字に充てるようにしています。
基本的なラテン文字26字でまかなうのが難しそうであればダイアクリティカルマーク付きの字も入れてもいいと思います。実際カラク語の文字30字のうちの6字はś, ć, ǵ, ń, é, źというようにアクセント符号のある字で対応させていますね。
ダイアクリティカルマーク記法を作るしかないですね
転写が汚くはなりますけど、いっそのことひらがなに対応させるとか、あとIPAに対応させるとか。
