確かに/t͡ɬ/はキャやチャに近いですね……

私も同じく、t͡ɬはチャ行に近く感じます。(「キャ」には…言われてみれば聞こえなくもない…？)
破擦音なので、ツァ・チャに近いのかな、という考えです。
