Markdownの使い方が分からなくても｢マークダウン 表 サイト｣などで調べていただくと、打ち込めばMarkdownに変換してくれるサイトもありますので、是非ご活用ください。

ただ、このやり方をすると表を追加して検索する際に全文検索でしか引っかからなくなってしまうのでご注意ください（１敗）。
